Loffler cultivates top technology and managed services workplace that enables employees and clients to succeed
Loffler Companies, the Upper Midwest’s largest privately owned business technology and managed services provider, has been named a 2019 Best Place to Work by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal in the Large Company category. This is the fourth consecutive year that Loffler has been recognized for this honor in addition to nine consecutive years of Star Tribune “Top Workplace” recognition.
The award is determined by a confidential, employee-based survey from Quantum Workplace, an independent firm, to get a statistically accurate account of what employees think about their employers and work environments. The Best Places to Work were announced on the Business Journal’s website, and will be published in their August 2 issue. Honorees will enjoy a celebratory reception on August 1.
“Being recognized for this honor once again shows us that we are doing the right things to create a positive, nurturing work environment," said Jim Loffler, Loffler Companies Founder and CEO. “Having happy employees means our clients get the best service and support which helps them be successful as well.”
