Acquisition and integration of four high performance Managed Print Services businesses into Loffler Companies brings expanded offerings, value and best in class service to Twin Cities organizations of all sizes.
All four MPS organizations of tenured professionals from Quality Document Solutions (QDS) of Eden Prairie, MN; Matrix Laser Care of Ramsey, MN; Cartridge Care of Roseville, MN; and Laser Technologies of St. Paul joined the Loffler team. They brought with them decades of experience and knowledge to expand Loffler’s sales, administrative, and service force and the majority of those team members remain at Loffler today.
John Turner, Loffler’s Director of Managed Print Services, sold QDS to Loffler seven years ago. “After carefully interviewing almost all the competitors in the Twin Cities market, I knew that Loffler was the best place for my employees and clients. Loffler’s culture provided a high client and employee satisfaction level,” Turner said.
Joe Garske, Loffler Managed Print Services Sales Specialist and former owner of Matrix Laser Care, chose Loffler as a provider for his clients in 2011 after talking with most of the competitors in the area. “I chose Loffler because Jim Loffler had a great vision and commitment to the future. His reputation for long-term commitment to his customers and loyalty to his employees was well-known and respected,” Garske explained.
Loffler Managed Print Services Technical Specialist Charlie Pydych is the former President and CEO of Cartridge Care of Roseville, MN. “I was pleased to be able to offer my clients the unparalleled service and support that Loffler provides,” Pydych explained when the company was acquired by Loffler in 2013. “Loffler is a family-owned, nationally recognized business that offers the best a client could want – personalized service with industry-leading product partners that create the best solutions for any business or organization.”
Laser Technologies of St. Paul is the most recent acquisition, becoming part of Loffler Companies in June of this year. “We are pleased to have reached this agreement with Loffler Companies, a leader in the Managed Print Services (MPS) industry in the Midwest,” said Laser Technologies President and CEO Sean Carey, now a Managed Print Sales Specialist for Loffler Companies. “This exciting consolidation is the result of a broad and thorough review of our strategic options. It’s been great for our clients and employees, as we moved forward, empowered to provide best-in-class MPS services from Loffler, and be part of one of the strongest MPS businesses in the country.”
“We are extremely pleased to have built our Managed Print Services division to be one of the strongest and most capable in the country,” said Jim Loffler, Loffler Companies President and CEO. “The fact that the owners of all four companies we have acquired, our ‘Hat Trick plus one’, have joined and remained with our organization is testament to the great partnership we have. They are now able to offer an expanded variety and quality of services and solutions to their clients. Becoming part of Loffler’s team brings strength in the market and has had a very positive outcome for our clients, employees, and community.”
Loffler provides Managed Print Services to help organizations nationwide save costs, reduce their carbon footprint, and improve workflow processes for businesses of all sizes. Managing a printer and copy fleet (printers, copiers, faxes, and multifunction devices) with an MPS provider like Loffler, who automates document workflow and implements document management services has a significant impact on cost savings and production efficiency. Loffler partners with HP and Lexmark for client solutions, and is an HP Gold Partner.
Loffler’s broad offerings of products and services, specialized trainers, flexible billing and financing options at all price levels, and award-winning service and support are all benefits new and existing clients have enjoyed. Besides offering HP and Lexmark printers under its MPS program, Loffler is one of the top Canon and Konica Minolta dealers in the country. With the acquisition of Laser Technologies, Loffler has added the Xerox brand to their fleet as well. As part of a one-stop shop for clients, Loffler also offers IT Solutions, IP Phone Systems, Document Management & Workflow Solutions and On-Site Managed Services running copy centers, print shops and mailrooms.
